Fake ticket

Someone parks in your driveway, blocking the entry. Preventing residents from entering or leaving their property. People feel powerless when they have to deal with the consequences of someone else's behaviour.

So instead of scratching their paint, putting their windshield wipers up or puncturing their tyres. Why not put the frustration back to them. A fake ticket. To put them on their horse. A small lesson, delivered without laying a hand on their car.
